West Fourth Agency has represented The Ben West Palm, an Autograph Collection Hotel, since its opening in 2020, generating on-going press coverage highlighting the properties design narrative, luxury amenities, guest programming, meetings & events, food & beverage experience, and executive leadership team. Most notably, West Fourth Agency created the hotel's signature Book Butler Program, which is a one-of-a-kind experience that fulfills Autograph Collection’s brand standard that requires each hotel within the portfolio to have a signature program. From conception to execution, The Book Butler Program is a guest favorite and serves to tell the story of the late Byrd Dewey, an award winning author and socialite in the late 1800’s, who is still largely responsible for the development of South Florida today. Her nearby estate was given the name, Ben Trovato, which loosely translates in Italian to “even if it isn’t true, it’s still a great story worth telling.” This belief came to life while hosting grand dinner parties at her estate, where guests would travel hours just to come and hear her stories, leaving guests in wonderment about her tales. The Book Butler Program pays homage to Ms. Dewey by allowing guests to select a complimentary book from a rotating in-room menu, including Ms. Dewey’s #1 best selling book, Bruno. Each book is accompanied by a thematic ‘Book Bite’ to savor. By dialing “0” guests are connected to the Book Butler to place their order, which is then brought to their room by the Book Butler on a silver tray. The Book Butler Program won “Most Creative Program” at a recent global Autograph Collection leadership conference and continues to win the hearts of book lovers.
West Fourth Agency also represents the two in-site restaurants, Spruzzo and Proper Grit. Through creative menu development, trend forecasting, and Executive Chef profiling, both dining concepts have received notable attention and continue to be a favorite for guests and locals alike.
